Wow, time flies doesn’t it?  Here we are, halfway through summer.  The temps in St. Louis are mid-90s, the fireworks have been put away, and road trip vacations loom for many.  That means we’re a month or so away from many people in the US starting to get ready to send kids back to school.  This week’s iStockphoto portfolio update hits that targets audience with many concepts themed around “Back to High School“.

I’ve got a multi-cultural group of high school aged male and female students with a Hispanic adult teacher.  The students are taking tests, using computers and texting, among other typical things that go on in a high school classroom.  These images are bright, colorful and happy, and would certainly help to get your message across to a wide American audience.  They could be used for tutoring or other educational services, school supply sales or editorial stories about education.  Check some out, then click the link at the bottom to see more.

Nice work Sean. The only comment I would make is that there seems to be a lot of red in the shots. The guy with the red t-shirt and the girl in the red/pink top are often sitting either next to each other or behind each other and when they’re both in the frame their shirts dominate the image. Aside from that lovely bright shots with (mostly) happy and smiling kids. Very positive view of schooling which I’m sure is what you’re going for.
