Portfolio Update: Christmas Family

It’s a little close to Christmas, but I just realized I never featured this new-for-2015 holiday series of stock images : “Christmas Family”.  It has young parents and children enjoying both Christmas morning and decorating a gingerbread house.  Read on for more 🙂

This series was actually created right before Christmas in 2014, and saved to go online this season.  The beautiful tree is a backdrop to some “waiting for Santa” and “Christmas morning” images.  The young boy model is cute, and you can sense the anticipation as he waits for the big guy in the red suit to stop by.  Then, once all the presents are under the tree, the family sits around in pajamas opening gifts.  Dad and mom take a few images for social media while the wrapping paper piles up, and eventually, a nap ensues amongst the gifts.

Gingerbread house decorating is always fun as well, and a bit messy.  The end result is always satisfying though, and here, everyone works together to create the “perfect” candy home.  There’s candy canes and gumdrops, and of course, some photos happening to record the event for posterity.

Lots of copyspace and natural lighting make these pictures great for an advertising campaign trying to showcase those traditional family times we all remember.  Thanks, and remember, only 15 more shopping days until Christmas!  Oh, and a Happy Hanukkah too.
