Hey there, hi there, ho there! Welcome to my the first post of 2016. I’ve been a bit remiss in my writing of blog posts, so let’s take a look at some new Valentine’s Day stock images now available…
The first few you can find in a new series at Stocksy United. This is a more graphic series, more conceptual Valentine’s Day ideas. Dark shadows provide good contrast for some of these. Repeating patterns attract the eye, yet can make good background images with a bit of blur and lessening of opacity. Pastels and light colors rule the palette this year. Also, don’t forget my whole collection of Valentine images at Stocksy United: click here. To see the entire set of new images, go here.
The next new series can be found in the usual microstock locations, including my portfolio at Photoshelter. This is a bit darker, more grungy and filtered set of images. Yet, there is plenty of copyspace, a bit of glow from the Edison bulbs, some rustic-ness from the antiqued, weathered wood background. These would make great backgrounds for upcoming events – romantic dinners, singles parties, even a product sale. You can see the whole series here.
Thanks for stopping by! As a bonus, license from my Photoshelter portfolio between now and Valentine’s Day and use code BEMINE2016 for 15% off of your licensing costs. 🙂
